Two Clients need same keyword, is this ok?

Hey Guys,

I have two clients in the same business. They are aware and ok with this. What I originally did was give one MSN and Yahoo, and the other Google but now they both want to compete on all three search engines. My question is, is it ok for me to post both clients for the same section?

Example:

Keyword: Widgets

Sponsored links:
Client 01
Client 02

I want to do this with the same account, will google not like this? Thanks in Advance.

It is my experience that google does not allow more than one ad shown at a time per adword per account. I've heard that they do make exceptions, but the two websites must be completely different. I had 2 clients that sold seperate accessories for the same item, and Google would not allow me to show more than one ad at a time. So I'm assuming that if an exception is made, that the 2 sites must be absolutely different from one another.
