I'm new and frustrated with Adwords.

Ok - I'm kind of new to adwords - but, this is driving me nusts. I set up my campaign and double checked everything. My ads did not appear. I sent a email to google. 2 days later I get a stupid standard form letter response telling me to check several things - I had already checked all these things and did the diagnositc test on my key words.

Then bam, they started working. So, I was happy. They worked for about 6hrs and then stoped. They are currently not working. I have emailed them again. So, I guess I'll get another form letter response in a few days?

That happens to me quite often even though my ads rank high and I get a good CTR, Dunno why that happens.

Most times in my case it was budget or I had another ad showing for the same keyword. The system will tell you if your ads are showing or not:

[adwords.google.com...]

I tried this and all it tells me for my key words:

The keyword phrase you've entered doesn't currently trigger any of your ads.

The ads are all active. The daily budget is set above the recommend google amount and the MAX CPC is a little above the estimated average.

And Google never gets back to me :(

Unfortunately, they are the only one to solve your problem. Just insist and mail them again, describing as accurate as possible the situation. Finally, they will give you a "customized" answer.

E-mailing does nothing.

Call 650-623-4000, press 0 for the operator.

Ask for AdWords.

Follow the menus for AdWords questions.

Tell the rep your problems. Be polite. They are always very helpful, and their hands are tied on the fact that Google can't get it's act together over the AdWords review process.
