Passed GAP exam but the status in my account is sitll not been update

I pass the Google Advertising Professionals on
2006 04 22 but my account pro center page still shows
test result not passed yet.

10 days passed.

I mailed at least 6 mails to Google adwords support center and professional center.But no answers at all.

It made me felt upset .

By the way, I came from Taiwan.
