We are running an Adwords campaign for this client since 5 months. There is a very strange bug that we need to resolve. Our client is unable to see the ad on the results page; however we are able to see all the other competitors. This problem only occurs when testing from the client headquarters and other remote locations on the same corporate network. Geo settings and budget are OK, we tested with them and we were unable to provide an explanation.

It can be IP exclusion, however I don’t think we can exclude an IP adress at the result page level. Is that right? I'm sure other large advertisers may have experienced this problem. HELP!

It might be as simple as clearing your cache. Shocking I know, but I've seen weirder things for why you cannot see
your ads.

Hi,

Bostonseo is quite right. *Start* by clearing your cache and *completely* shutting down and then restarting ALL browser windows (and check for any invisible ones lurking in TaskMangler/top/etc depending on your OS).

Rgds

We already did that. New competitors are shown.
