Adwords acting funny. Can't see all my ads

I can't see all of my ads, but others can...

For some reason I can't see all of my ads. I have two seperate campaigns, both targeting us, ca, and uk. I can see the ads in one campaign, but not in the other.

I asked a few friends, and they see my ads just fine.

When I tried a proxy, I could see them fine.

I could understand how on a regional level, i might be getting filtered out, but I dont see why I can see only some of the ads aimed at US...

Anyone else notice this?

Could be related to ad quality change :-

I'm seeing a big decline in impressions too. Looks like its time to target better (add prefix & suffix, add more negative keywords).

ehh they went back to normal. I can see them again. I dont think it had anything to do with what you mentioned. min CTR on my ads is about 27% with substantial history.
