Are They Still Working For You?

Just had a little play entering a test campaign with some keywords like:
example.com
www.example.com
http://www.example.com

No ads shown.

www.example triggers an ad
example does not

Now I know they used to work but I haven't come across anything on my travels saying they have now been disabled.

How about you guys?

In my experience, they won't show on Google.com, but they will on syndication partners.

which begs the question how is CTR set without Google?
