we have been running for around a year with the same keywords then all of a sudden we have to pay more for them or we're blocked, forcing us into position 2-3.
Now we've been banned on some of those keywords due to "adult content" on the site, even though we have none. At the same time we're not banned on other very similar (also non-adult) keywords.
To cap it off in the same "non-adult" searches that we were appearing in there is a host of adwords sites with adult content.
It's driving me crackers, now i have to wait three days for the obligatory canned response...
Does anyone have any tips to avoiding such mis-haps...
Cheers,
hughie

google is on top of the world right now. once they start feeling the pressure from competitors (hopefully soon), or if these issues can get into the mainstream press - then you will probably start to see more responsiveness.
companines exist to maximize their profits, and until their profits are threatened, they are not motivated to do much.
it would take a unnaturally progressive and forward-looking company to care for their customers before they had to.
