is creating a separate adgroup for each keyword worth time spent? I do know now from this forum that i can track keywords w/o creating a new group for each of them, but I think in a group of few keywords will definitely be some keywords with very low CTR, will these low CTR keywords afect the whole group ranking? or may they affect other groups in the same campaign? how does G calculate a group's CTR? based on individual ctrs for each phrase? is it important to have good clickthrough for every keyphrase in a group and delete the ones with bad ctr? which really matters - group's ctr or keyphrase's ctr?
sorry if i haven't made myself clear, I'm not fluent in english and it's 4 am in my time-zone now :)

No. You might as well spend that time on researching new keywords.
For most campaigns, putting around 5 to 10 "similar" keywords into an adgroup works quite well. Just make sure your AdGroup ad copy includes all the major (high impression) keywords. To set a different max CPC for each of the keywords in the adgroup, you can use the Powerposting feature (see AdWords FAQ)
