Landing Page Quality Score factors

What is the latest of what goes into the Adwords Landing Page Quality Score? Anyone know?

e.g. do you have to have X number of words on the page; a privacy policy; Contact us page etc. Or what?

We've tried a few things like that. The problem is that Google doesn't give any indication how it rates your page. The other question should be how many times you are scored. Ie if you worked daily on your landing page to get the 'perfect page' how often would Google come and have a look at it.

Thwe QS algo has to be the least talked about factor on this forum. That and the commercial applications of the API and I just can't see why. Am I missing another forum somewhere. I have been on the Google API forum and it doesn't really look into the opportunities, rather it examines the practicalities.

Anyone doing anything much with the API here? How often is the QS bot crawling your site do you think?
