I've just found one of my adwords ads in a premium position without the blue background. i.e. it looks like a SERPS listing.

Anyone else seen this?

Maybe I'm wrong (probably), but I thought that anytime you hold the #1 spot you'll appear that way. (If the ad is in a competitive area.) I'm interested in the answer to this one too.

Normally you do have a light blue background - he said his didn't have a blue background.

I was confused to (at first) because I thought it said "with". I read it again and it said "without".
