1- Account shows "active" but only 3 impressions and zero clicks (why they show active if some thing wrong with account)
2- No Phone Support (Yahoo SM has excellent call support as I personally experienced)
3- Online Chat Support says Technical team will mail you very soon (7 days passed no reply)
4- Recently I searched on different channels the number of frustrated client is growing just due to non supportive behaviuor from Google Adwords team.
Recently I viewd the statement by Google chief executive Eric Schmidt said he wants to build "a global 100-billion-dollar company" as the Internet search giant expands its horizons... I just want to ask him you only paying attention on increasing your Dollar building and what about your behaviuor with existing customers...? Google must consider without satisfying its customers Google never achive this dream... field is highly competitive and new rivals are taking the oppertunities of these loop holes...
this debate has arose a few times, and i am always on the side of Google, personally I think there customer service is second to none! but then we are big clients. for the smaller clients i no it can be a little more frustrating, however they do have phone support that is a lot more comprehensive than YSM, even for the smaller clients.
