What happens if your credit card on a Google Account is declined, but ads are still showing? Will you still be charged for the showing of your ads even after 10 hours your credit card came back declined?

I have ever experienced like that. At the end, the google will try to charge again in high amount.

barney, it would be best to address this question with AdWords support, as they can take a look at the account involved.

On a related topic, please be aware that the AdWords program assumes that advertisers want their (unpaused) ads to be running, and that they know they will be charged when the ads are clicked on.

For this reason, I would pause campaigns that one doesn't want to be running.

In the past, I've spoken with a handful of advertisers who intentionally allowed their credit card to be declined as a way to have their ads stop running. I would not recommend this as a practice, however. It is far better to simply pause them.
