bug in Google?

I had a balance in my account before because credit card declined. I updated credit card 5 hours ago but i still get the following message even though my balance is 0. Anyone know what is happening?

We were unable to process your last payment.
Your account is still open; however, your advertising has been paused until you update your billing information. Once we are able to process your outstanding balance, your advertising will begin running again.

Seems like the payment server and the Adwords server are not synchronizing properly because my friend who had his credit card declined in google still have his ads up. It sucks because it is the weekend here and there is no one at google to fix this kind of stuff.
