My account stopped without explanation

I do not understand why my account is stopped from yesterday (Friday 24 - 12 hrs~ ),
It had worked with adwords satisfactorily by 15 months and my payments (65 billing) are done normally.

ADS had not modified my in the last 4 months, they were stable.

Can I open a new account?

Were any of your ads "questionable"?
Did you chargeback on AdWords?
Did your card get declined at all?
Did you recently add a campaign that could be "questionable"?

Might be due to server uploading delay. I just updated my ads and its been 5 hours already and ads still not showing.

I checked faq and they said it could be server upload delay, but it mentions max of 1 hour only.

Sounds like your account is under review. It will probably restart just as mysteriously sometime in the next several days.

How many impressions have you accrued for all time? Is it like 10,000,000? I believe that figure triggers an automatic "secret" review.

I have 50,000,000 impressions and never had a review.

If the account is under review, what should we do? I wait more than 2 weeks but no response from them. I have called to them twice time and also call Sales Office in Singapore.
