adding up % of displays for each ad = 45%?

I have 20 adgroups. all have multiple ads. when I go to list of ads, and add up the percentages for each ad, I get 100%. This is valid for all ad groups but one. In one of the adgroups, I add up the all the percentages for all the ads, and I get 45%.

Any ideas?

Have you deleted any ads from this group in the past? And if so, do you have them showing?
