I have lots of keywords. I'd like to have each keyword send the customer to a different landing page.

blue widgets
red widgets
pink widgets

I'd like to make a landing page for each type of widget, and have my AdWords ad send customers to the proper landing page.

When someone searches for blue widgets I want to send him to my blue widgets landing page.

Is there any way to do that other than having a separate campaign for each key word? We're talking several hundred varieties of widgets here.

Or is multiple campaigns the way I should be doing it in the first place?

Each keyword can have a unique URL in one ad group or campaign.

Hmmm...

Guess I need to go dig around in AdWords site to figure out how to do that.

That site is a bear for a newbie like me to navigate or find things in sometimes.

Create an ad group - then hit the "edit keywords" link. "Powerpost" keywords in this format:

keyword ** URL

-or-

keyword ** bid * URL

ex.:

widgets ** 0.05 ** http://www.example.com/XYZ
some widgets ** 0.05 ** http://www.example.com/ABC

[edit reason] Please use example.com for sample links. [/edit]

Thanks Poster-boy

That looks like exactly what I need.

I want to get this as targeted to the search term as possible, and that will help tremendously.
