Does anyone have any idea what amount -sort of- you may spend when your organization is awarded with the "Google Grants Program"? And for how long?

Can you run country-targeted ads in their native languages in such a program? (The org itself is US based & has the right IRS status).

Thanks in advance!

HitProf, I am not deeply familiar with Google Grants - but I'll look into this and post again when I know more.

HitProf, sorry for the delay. My colleague over in Google Grants was away for a few days, and I've now heard back, with this info:

Organizations selected to participate in the Google Grants program receive at least three months of free AdWords advertising on Google.com, however many remain in the program beyond the minimum award term. As with all AdWords ads, grantees' ads must adhere to the Editorial Guidelines and AdWords policy.

Generally speaking, organizations may accept the AdWords daily budget recommendation for their campaigns, and target their ads to other countries / languages when appropriate.

I think the best way to get more particular information would be to initiate the application process, and go from there. ;)

Many thanks AWA, we'll apply as soon as we have everything sorted out with the internal organization.
