Creating a seperate Adwords login

Can Google make it any harder?

Ok - I want to create a new Adwords login so that I can have an employee help manage my campaigns without accessing my Adsense account.

I've read the instructions 5 times now, and it makes no sense to me.

So what do I do? Do I follow section 1,2,3,4 or 5 from this help page: [adwords.google.com...]

Anybody ever successfully pull this off without locking yourself out of your Adwords account?

Ok - I figured out how to create another account and then add it to the Adwords access list, but...

Now it can still see my Adsense account using either login!

Help, AdwordsAdvisor!

How the heck to a make a login that ONLY has access to the ADWORDS account and NOT to our ADSENSE account?

Give them a few months to review the usage cases now. :(
