How selective you get while using Site-targeted Campaign

How do you selct sites?

Well site targeting has always costed more and convert less, whenever I have tried. Of course everything depends on what your goal is. If you just want to generate impressions then this is a very quick way to do so. If not then I would advice you to either put in sites you already know you want to advertise on, or to go though those that google suggest(can be very tedious and time consuming). If its possible, do not dump all the sites, because many of them are not always relevant. There are other issues also, like where the ad shows up(sometimes its right at the bottom, where no one might even see the ad), clutter on certain pages(adwords ads get lost), etc. Also keep a close watch on costs as impressions seem to be generated very fast.
