I really need some help guys.

My AdWords account has been, at best, marginal.

I could really use some advice for phrasing the ads in my program to increase the converstion rate.

Any tips would be most appreciated.

Ther is some very good advice in this forum that is sure to help you increase your converion rate, CTR, etc. The library [webmasterworld.com] is a goo place to start. And here is one of my favorites Split Testing Ad Copy & Landing Pages [webmasterworld.com]. You'll also find links to other great threads in here. Good luck!

Agreed!

Also, NJLawman, don't forget the tons of information that is available on the AdWords site itself. Honestly, AdWords is a program that works best for those who deeply understand it, and there aren't really any short cuts. It's a matter of learning as much as you can up front, then working/experimenting with the program until you get comfortable with it.

Three good resources to be aware of:

The searchable AdWords Help Center:
[adwords.google.com...]

Demos and Guides:
[adwords.google.com...]

AdWords Learning Center:
