new campaign not shoing ads

launched a new campaign today approx 5 hours ago now and still im seeing no impressions or clicks-

showing as active and im bidding 30p for most terms which should get me in the top 10 still no impressions.

Any body tell me why this is please?

i have not had any ads running the last 4 months and decided to start running again today

I'm no expert, but usually when I restart an ad that has been inactive it takes awhile for them to show. I think they may have to reapprove them or something.

you think it may be worth me starting a whole new account?

No. They will pick back up. BTW, the last ad I restarted it took a day to get back in rotation.
