200% CTR - how come?

2 clicks and 1 impression

just looked at my adwords stats.
one keyword got 2 clicks for one impression!
how come?

the only situation I can imagine is someone clicks my ad, lands on my page, clicks BACK and clicks again.
AWA, can you explain?

You can get two clicks from one impression if the person right clicks the add and opens it in a new window.

somtimes it takes a while for the clicks and impressions to get in sync with each other.

I have always assumed this is because of the lag in reporting. Only notice something like this when the day changes...thats why the assumption. Have seen 400% CTR once.
