Hi all,

One of our landing pages from adwords is having a very difficult time converting.

Basically, PPC clicks are taken to a page where they can choose one of three appropriate categories. From there, they fill out a form.

We are receiving roughly a 9-10% conversion rate, and are shooting for a 13-14% goal.

Any tips for encouraging customers to fill out forms?

What we've tried:
- matching adwords description text as closely as possible to our site
- redesigned landing page for simplicity

What we can't do:
- send PPC clicks directly to the form. due to the size of our adwords campaigns, the keywords span so many categories that they really need to pick the appropriate category once they come in.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Really big boo-boos?

Does your landing page have anything else beside the 3 categories? Once you go into the categories what is there?

I suggest you have as much information on each of these pages without taking away from clicking through to the form. Pre-sell but don't over do it.

If the page looks like junk this could turn people off. Make the landing page look professional and clean.
