I am begineer of adwords. I want to start my campaign soon. Since a beginner i will try my budget 1 cent per click. I need to list my ads in adsense content only. I dont want to list in Google search page.Is there any option available for me to post an ad in this manner,.

In theory they do. Practically, I can hardly imagine a keyword that will remain "active" and yet will be ranked high enough to generate clicks if you set CPC to 1 cent.

The lowest CPC I have is 3 cents for the active keyword with the average rank of 8, generating <100 clicks a day.

When setting up the campaign you can choose content network only and disable the search network

Yup majority of the keywords become inactive right away. Though I have seen just a few that run at one cent for a very short while and then become inactive.
I have seen avg CPCs as 1 cent though(but its rare).

The expected result will be zero click thrus.

But you can always expect the unexpected if you like.

shan_1977, let me briefly explain the concept of Minimum CPC, and why it is not possible to set one's Max CPC at $0.01 and expect all of one's keywords to remain active. The below is almost an over-simplification, but it will help you to see how it works.

* Minimum CPC is the least that one can pay to have the ad appear for a particular keyword in a particular account.

* Minimum CPC is entirely unrelated to how many other advertisers are using the same keyword.

* Every keyword has a Minimum CPC that is unique to that word as used in that particular account.

* The higher the 'Quality Score' of a keyword, the lower the Minimum CPC will be. Quality score amounts to a measure of the relevance of a keyword and it's ad to Google's users.

* The lowest possible Minimum CPC is $0.01 (or equivalent in other currencies).

* Very low Minimum CPCs are earned by creating highly targeted ads and keywords that get a great Quality Score.

* Only the very best ad/keywords will earn the Minimum CPC of $0.01.

* Keywords that have not earned a very low Minimum CPC, but which are set to have a Maximum CPC of $0.01 will become inactive, and the ads will not run for those keywords.

I hope that helps to clarify.

I would like to add to this.

All the ads on one of my campaigns are avg .2 cpc and most of my ads are 1-3 for Google search and I cant imagine having 1 cent cpc my ctr are really high and I cant get past 2 cents.

peace,
