Google Foreign Syndication Partners

Hi All,

Maybe some of you can share knowledge on that subject:

Question 1:

Certain syndication partners use ip detection for ads display.
I would like to be able see what user in that country are actually seeing.
Do you know how I could similate to be from Spain.
I tryed to use public proxy but they are hard to find and usally super slow.

Question 2:

Do any of you have a list of Google and Yahoo syndication partners by country.
