Safesearch blocks ad

How do I get the ad to show up when Safesearch is on? It's not even close to a p0rn site. The Ads Diagnostic Tool says it's there when it's not.

For such a specific instance, I'd write to Google about it.

I've seen this happen in a few verticals(medical being the most notable) on more than one occasion.
