Adwords Keyword Tool Trademark Blackout

Tool no longer gives suggestions on restricted trademarks

I just tried getting some new keyword suggestions on some restricted trademarks (i.e., trademarks that the trademark holder has formally requested Adwords to prohibit their use in ad copy). Now there are no suggestions that include that trademark.

I tried it out on several restricted trademarks. All were treated the same way.

i am currently showing for the term ebay.. which is trademarked, and i dont have and exception from ebay! i think there might be a bit of a problem with the trademark tool!

I can't get any suggestions from the tool that include "ebay".

I've now tried it with multiple browsers and logins, and with several restricted trademarks. The tool consistently fails to provide suggestions including the trademark term.
