Adwords is telling me i am over my daily budget, even though it is $150 and i am sitting at $85.

I raised it to $420 (retarded) as it calculated, but it still keeps dispaying my ads every now and then.

The ad tool either says its fine or over budget. Whats the deal?

Now it says, I've changed my budget too many times and cant lower it from $420. If I somehow hit this budget I am going to be extremely pissed off.

Better to contact Adwords support. Now and then I encounter some strange behaviors of the ad serving. Sometimes the ads diagnostic tool tells me the users are outside of the ad's geo-targeting area. Huh? By "the users", who do they refer to?

I raised the bid one cent up, the ad showed up, and I reset the bid to the original price, the ad disappeared again, and of course, I was back in the outside of geo-targeting area situation again. Don't know what's going on here.

From AdWords Help:

How often can I change my daily budget?

Over the course of a single day, you may change your daily budget for each campaign in your account a maximum of ten times.

What's unforunate is that you're given no warnings along the way.

Also noticed that while little has changed over a number of diverse campaigns, impressions going steadily down since 04 January even though CPC and CTR remain consistent.

Google testing in the live environment again?
