Any suggestions on managing geo targeting?

I usually use three major countries in my targeting, UK, Ca, and USA.

I find that I can't obtain a desirable price on some keywords by using one cpc for all three countries.

I have recently been trying to break these up, but I'm wondering if moving a keyword to a new campaign to target only the UK, would hurt my quality score and raise my cpc.

Any suggestions? How do you effectively manage the same keywords in multiple countries?

Keyword history is maintained at an account level... so, I'd think that quality score was kept in the same manner.

I'd suggest replicating your campaigns - each uniquely targeted to a different geo-target. I have, and have found it highly advantageous.
