One of our sites, one that has been in Google since 1999, has been removed from the index. It's just gone, as well as the solid money it earned each month.

So make up some of that, tried to place some AdWords ads, but the ads will not show no matter what. All of our other ads are showing, but not these, and they have very little competition. Checked the budget, raised the CPC, unchecked the optimization, optimized the ad and nothing. The diagnostic tool even says that the keywords we've chosen do not appear in our account.

I have no idea what is going on. Has this site been banned completely? It is a clean, honest site so I can't imagine why it would be. Nice gift a week before Christmas.

Hi,

Your ads will need to be approved.

Mail G via the "contact us" link in your AW a/c tomorrow and ask if they can do it quickly...

ember, it is quite likely that DamonHD is correct, and that your ads need to be reviewed before appearing - especially if your keywords/ads are 'sensitive' in nature, or the campaign is site-targeted.

Contacting AdWords support is probably the best way to get to the bottom of such problems, as they can look at your account in detail to pinpoint any issues.

That said, below is a classic thread that you might want to take a look at. It's an oldie but a goodie, though some of the info is a bit outdated. Still, it'll give you a good start.

Thank you both. I will do some more investigating. I wrote to AdWords support but haven't heard back yet.
