I have also noticed that I get sent emails when payments bounce - this is fantastic! Only thing that is missing is email notifications of good payments with attached copy of invoice.
As with anything Google does, it is being rolled out to a select few first and is gradually being made available to all users.
Admitantly, I am only seeing this in newly setup accounts.
Glad to see Google continuing to improve on the basics (billing) as well as the advanced features (the new keyword tool seems to have been tweaked lately).

I can't believe I have spotted it first?! This is a great new feature and has been heavily demanded. I bet it was really simple to implement and I am suprised it took so long.
Great spot kmander! I think you might be a bit surprised, though, how not-simple the simple seeming things can be sometimes, when you get right down to - and at scale. ;)

Hmmm. Now these have been going out for at least a couple of years, I think (though not sure of the precise date...) Have you not been getting them? Does your email program perhaps filter them as spam?
