Adwords Targeting on Google sites is broken!

I can't believe that no-one else has posted this.

We're in the UK and can see adverts that are clearly VERY wrong, it looks as though Google is broken.

The Geo Targeting has gone out of the window. For a local term we are seeing ads from Turkey, Japan, US, Germany (and UK), even ads in japanese text! Our IP is very much UK and the search is not one that should show foreign ads, we have also seen Dutch and French ads in the last few days.

We have noticed an increase in non-uk clicks on our adwords from 2% to 6%! (they are very targeted).

What is going on?

Do Google care, I say this as this has been the case for days and we usually defend Google.

Could you be running through a proxy? Targeting seems to be fine for me. (canada)

I see the problem with our compaines ads, it does not happen on ALL of our keyword though.

i have made called to some of my friends, and they see similar problem.
