I am looking for any reasearch will help me figure out what the odds are that a visitor will click on a competing Adwords ad IN ADDITION to my Adwords ad. In other words, to what extent do consumers tend to shop Adwords by clicking multiple ads? Anyone ever seen data on this?

I don't think this is the type of information G would divulge as it would be of great help to the clicksters out there.

Now, for my personal habits, the few times I'm searching for something and I just can't find what I need in the regular G SERPs, I'll start at the top Adwords ad and work my way down until I find what I want.

Research shows that while shopping for an average product or service 5 to 7 sites are visited. How these sites are found is something this research does not tell us.

I never click on ads. It costs the advertiser money! When I want to go to one of those sites, I copy the URL and paste it into the browser URL window.
