adwords question

I was bidding about 0.65 for a keyword my ad was placed in the second page of google listing results
sometimes it was to the third page but that was fine then after 2 days the ad was moved to page 8 or 9 though i didnt change anything
this has happen like 4 times already, with different campaigns i dont know what to do. google gets worst everyday i dont even use adwords as much anymore because of it.

Chances are that your CTR simply kept dropping due to the poor positions. As your CTR keeps dropping, so will your position. Then your CTR drops even more, then your position drops again, over and over and over until you raise your bid or give up.

Not to sound like a jerk or anything but I would suggest boning up on how AdWords works. Many people make nice 5 figure monthly incomes just promoting stuff on AdWords. But in order to do so, the first step is having a very good understanding of how the system works.
