Are Google Click counts 100% accurate?!

I know this may sound a little bit stupid, but going through my raw access logs (and yes, have done this very carefully both with a log analyzer and raw logs) my reported clicks from google seem significantly higher than what I'm counting.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Mine usually seems higher, by around 5-10%, the only explanation I can see is that people must exit before the page loads but after the click, possibly due to computer crash, close of browser, clicking back and changing mind, or some other possible reason

Click-fraud robots that don't need to load the entire page because their job is done?
