I look at the ads around me when I determine how much I want to bid, but how can I find out if someone is geo targetting a keyword outside my area?
In other words search for widget and when your local results come up add the above to the URL generated by Google and search again. This will give you the US results. For other areas just change the us to uk, de, se, nl, etc., etc...
