still helpless for google adwords

hi,
days are passing fast but no support from google adwords. i have everything fine in my google adwords account. no bad credit card, no inactive keyword, or disapproved ad everything is OK.
but my ads are not running from last 10 days. i have sent countless mails to google support. but no reply.
i have called the google hyderabad india adwords support office but they just give me the email id of the google support.
i m going to mad and 2 much fraustrated.

can anyone help meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?

What does the "Ads Diagnostic Tool" tell you?

ad diagonastic tools says that there is no ad associated with this keyword.
means ad diagonastic says that there is no ad and no keyword.

I have write a casino ad with the keyword "casino online" but the ad diagonastic tool tell me this :(
where as the ad is not disapproved and all keywords are active.
now what?

You have no ads that match the search term casino online

From adwords content policy:

Advertising is not permitted for online casinos, sports books, bingo, and affiliates with the primary purpose of driving traffic to online gambling sites.

You cant advertsise online casinos.
