This morning I'm clicking on the "Save Changes" button after entering new ads and... nothing happens. Anyone else having similar problems?

La_Valette, I have not been hearing about this as an issue, so it may be something particular to your machine.

There is a really excellent chance you could resolve this by rebooting your computer, opening a fresh browser, and logging in from adwords.google.com rather than a bookmarked page.

Also, if you are using an older version of your browser, updating it to a current version will often resolve such issues.

Hope this does the trick for you.

AWA, unfortunately, La_Veletter is not alone. We have the same problem with a large account in Australia (we've been unable to change ads for 3 days). Google is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it but have given no estimation on when it will be fixed. Hopefully the system Upgrade tonight will fix it, otherwise, I'm going to be dealing with one upset client.

You seem to be having more luck with google support than I - hopefully we'll benefit from the fixes you mention also. Google support just came back to me when an irrelevant cook-book reply I won't bother to mention... sometimes I wonder if these support folks even read what's being sent to them.

It's getting worse... now when I try to change a text ad, not only does the change not go through, but the following message comes up:

****************

Your billing information is temporarily unavailable.
At this time, we are unable to provide information regarding your billing information or history on either the Billing Preferences or Billing Summary pages. However, please note that you can still access information unrelated to billing from the menu at the top of any page within your account.

Thank you for your patience. Please check back soon for your updated billing information.

Lavette,

Though the lack of a specific error message leave all sorts of possibilities open, I've had changes simply disregarded when I've exceeded the keyword limit in my account. In my case its 50,000 keywords. Some seem to have a keyword limit of 15,000 keywords.

The problem must have been fixed during system upgrades last night as I'm finally able to make changes.
