We've tried having it re-sent by clicking the link that appears when we try to log into the account, but still no message. We've doublechecked the email address that she used, and I also had her check her spam folder in case a spam filter had been triggered or something. We can't finish setting up the account until that message comes through.
The address she's using is an AOL address. Are there any known issues there that might be causing problems? Does anyone have any suggestions? Help!
