Adwords and Minimun CPC

how can i optimize it?

hey guys, i really dont understand what are adwords doing with my campaigns.....

i have a few keywords that i was #1 paying just 0.02-0.03 per click, and the CPC is set to 0.05, now adwords want to up my CPC to 0.30 and 0.40 in some of that keys, can someone explain me why it happend?

Looks like adwords want to pay more for the clicks, and i have no competence in that keywords.

You are correct. Google wants you to pay more for the terms that do not meet the new "Minimum CPC". If you want to keep getting impressions for those terms, you now must increase your MaxCPC to at least the Minimum CPC "suggested" by Google.

They say they have a formula that determines how much each term should be worth (the Minimum CPC), and that all advertisers now must meet or exceed that amount in their bids.

It's pretty new.
