I saw dozen of adwords ads have popups in the destinational urls(I did't click any of them, just copy their urls to new windows) for days.
So what's the problem? Does google now allow popups or are there some ways to avoid to be against adwords' TOS?

No. Google will not allow Pop-Up's. They may neglect the google rules. google may not did check the destination(If the ads getting started within 1 or 2 days). Now can you check and tell whether the Pop-Up's are coming or not?

Most of the time you are copying the main URL in the ad text from Adwords. However, the destination URL that Google sends the visitor to could be a page WITHOUT pop-up ads. Many advertisers have special pages they use for advertising.

I use right click, not the show url.
The ads, I think, are there for long time.
Maybe I will try that.
