It told me to activate my keyword I must bid $0.50

So I did...

4 days later and an everyday average of 2.0 % CTR

It's still charging me $0.50 cents but NO ONE bids on this keyword...

My ROI doesn't work at $0.50 but it does at $0.05 ...

How long (if ever) will adwords realize that the CTR is good and let me get a cheaper price?

Try a lower bid. My experience has been Google will meet realize you are there at a lower price and break ranks.

If I bid lower than $0.50 it will inactivate me...

If you set it lower and it goes inactive, you'll get impressions and clicks anyway. And some people have had inactive keywords go active after a few days.

mark111,

Thank you for your tip...

I will set the bid at .25 and see what kind of traffic I get (if any -- I HOPE!)
