Only word disabled in AdGroup of 86 words, most with similar rates. Exact match with all words used in ad. I don't understand, what do they want?

and how it fits to this:

Keywords with a low Quality Score will have higher minimum bids, but the majority of keywords should not see an increase in the minimum bid required to show on Google (currently USD $0.05).

patient2all, I'm not sure if you are referring to a keyword that was disabled in the past, before the advent of quality based minimum bidding - or a keyword that was disabled after the new bid system started.

If it's the first case, then it is probably an example of keyword that was doing well on partner sites, but not well on Google. In other words, it had a 3.6% CTR overall, but was under the minimum CTR as measured on Google alone.

That is all water under the bridge now, of course. And, as I'm sure you know, you can delete the keyword and then re-enter it. Having done that, and so long as your bid is above the minimum required to run, the word will become active again.

On the other hand if you mean that this keywords has been disabled recently, after being deleted and re-entered (an issue suffered in a few accounts) - then it should be fine after you delete the keyword and re-enter it one more time.

If I've missed your actual question, please post again, and I'll try to answer it by the end of the day - before I head out for a week's vacation. ;)
