Recently signed up with webmaster and it has been so helpful. I am new to online marketing and was wondering what would be the most efficient way to create keywords for my ad campaigns. I realize that its going to be alot of work but would appreciate any tips and advice. I have been using keyword tools am not sure if I am creating keywords efficiently and effectively. I am also actually still a little confused about broad match, exact match and etc. Any advice would help.

Thank You

Welcome to Webmasterworld jcheung64:-). First understand fuly about the product and take some general keywords and search that by using keyword tools. like if ur product name is "widget" means, search in the keywords tool for "widget". Many options will come. From that you can choose many keywords. from that keywords you can get more and more keywords. And before creating a campaign, you need to understand some good things. The thing is, if you are having many products, make individual adgroup for each product. That will increase your sales. before finalising a keyword just search the keyword in google and see how many ads are coming(If money if a matter for you). Because if the competitors are less or the minimum bid is less, you will get benefit. I am doing these things only. Suggessions may vary. Waiting to know some good suggession. Thanks
