Were currently working on overhauling the entire site and was about to launch the site in a month or so. Our current status with the google result is under the Suplemental results. I'm just wondering if those sponsored results found on top of the Organic listing would help me get out of the supplemental category.Does anyone have any idea of how much do we have to pay for these? how do this work?

One does not effect the other in Google's algos.
AdWords is a way to get immediate traffic if your site is not ranking, but it won't help your site rank any better.
