Since a week ago I'm tring to add Image Creatives.
I can submit just simpliest images (background + one or two squares).
The ordinary Images (a feew colors, some text) don't work.
The mesage is:
-"soapenv:Server.generalException - An internal error has occurred.
Please retry your request" FOR ALL JPEGs
OR
-"soapenv:Server.userException - This image could not be recognized."
FOR MOST PART OF gifs/pngs
The simpliest images works (but only PNG/GIF, for JPEG the same
internal error "
Just want to know if someone has succed with Image Creatives.
Or if someone has trying to do that without success.
My opinnion is that there are some problems with google\s server, as long as I can submit some images, but others(a little complicated) no.
The most compliacated iamge which was accepted is <link removed> .
Because I can not add here an attachment , and if I post the SOAP request and response here the page will be ugly, I have uploaded the req/post <link removed>
A request with png and one with a jpg file.
If you are interested about it do not use IE browser to get it , it will try to interpret it as XML from the start.

This is the sort of issue that would best be resolved by contacting the AdWords support team, using the 'Contact Us' link within your account.
When you write, be certain to specify the campaign(s) and Ad Group(s) in question, as well as information about the image type, file size, image size, etc.
