Can anyone out there tell me if there is a way to use keyword insertion so that the keyword comes up in all capitalized letters? The reason I ask is that one of our keywords is an acronym and it should be in all caps.

This is the format: {KEYWORD:BACKUP TEXT}
Remember, if you have other keywords in the adgroup that should not be in all caps, the ad will be disapproved. Every keyword in the group must be able to be shown appropriately in all caps.

Just in case you didn't know...you seem to get more impressions on the content network if you have a dedicated adgroup for your big keywords, rather than doing dumps of 2,000 keywords into the Adwords tool. The content engine seems to get confused when a crap load of keywords are loaded up.

Does anyone know the official Google name for the dynamic keyword instertion discussed here? I can't find docs for it anywhere in the Adwords Help.
