You take a lot of heat from people, including myself, about problems with the AdWords system but always keep a posative response. While this is your job, it is easy to see you go above and beyond.

I have seen many suggestions turn into a reality, sometimes almost overnight. While using the interface I realized that a few issues dear to my heart were resolved and I know you had personally been involved in making the changes.

Just wanted to take time to start a Thank You AWA thread, as it is well deserved.

I do hate CSR because it's almost always the whiners and ne'er-do-wells that scream and cuss the loudest, and sorting out the genuine problems from the warped raging always tries my patience beyond the limit!

Hang in there: I for one much appreciate that you take the time to solicit opinions and respond to questions.
