There's no generic answer to your question. It depends on both your actual offer (sell a new Powerbook for $5 and you may get a 100% conversion rate) and the way it is presented/worded. How strong is your sales copy, do you offer an incentive to buy *now*, a bonus, etc. etc.

Needless to say, a 0% conversion is Not Good (you had already guessed that...), but 100 clicks is also a rather small sample.

Different industries have different expectations. If you have offline sales (phone), you may expect a much lower conversion rate. Larger products probably generate a bit lower. Consumer goods and small, cheap shipping goods tend to convert better.

And 100 clicks is not near enough for a sample. I'd say closer to 1000 to start predicting typical behavior for a similar time period. And that is without doing any true statistical analysis on my part.

Thanks for the answers...Then let me rephrase my question :)
Can people here describe a price range of the things you are selling and how many clicks (aproximately) is need to sell one piece?
Example :

$20-$100
100 clicks/sale

Maybe it's a bit weird question, but thats what I looking to know :)
Also it's would be good to know if the product is some merchandise or just some kind of information.
Care to reply?
Thanks.
