Adwords new keyword status activated

Is this the real thing or just the beta version been shown to me?

If its not the full realise would rather not touch anything just yet ....

I just ran through a single camapaign and noticed the following things,

some of the increses asked for are steep, from 0.05 to 0.83. Now thats a big increase.

I have also noticed that the kekwords that are adwords panal is showning me as inactivate (have to increase the minimum bid amount) are not showing in the SERPs.

So is this out of beta or what?
